    Strategically partner with operations management to drive continuous improvement of business results through effective handling of union relations matters. Provide labor relations counsel and collective bargaining agreement interpretation. Interface and engage with union leadership at all levels on manpower planning and other matters involving the represented workforce. Lead all aspects of local and national labor contract negotiations. Drive aligned global labor strategy in support of key business metrics.
