  1. In 2014, the average fuel economy of our U.S. car fleet and U.S. truck fleet both remained unchanged compared to 2013. However, our combined corporate average fuel economy improved by about 2 percent due to increased customer demand for cars versus trucks. Our combined fleet CO2 emissions improved by 9 percent compared to 2009.
