Genuine Service Rebates

Ford and Lincoln dealers offer competitive pricing for light repair and maintenance services. To learn more about national offers for tires, brakes, batteries, and more, please visit us online at the FordOwner website or call 1-877-310-3673 for current offers.

At the Service Offers section of the FordOwner website you can request rebates or check the status of a rebate. Request a rebate by clicking on the “Get Your Rebates” banner.  Status on a previously requested rebate can be obtained by clicking on the "Check Your Rebate Status" link under the "Get Your Rebates" banner. If there are any problems with the information submitted when applying for a rebate, you will receive an email asking for additional documentation such as the repair order or invoice. Please respond to the information request without delay since all rebates have an expiration date and rebate requests will not be honored once past the submission deadline.

Online rebate requests are strongly encouraged because online processing provides faster verification and check processing. It generally takes 4-6 weeks to receive a rebate check when submitting a claim online.

Mail rebates are requested using the mail rebate request form, which must be printed from the FordOwner website by either the customer or servicing dealer. To print the mail rebate form, start by following the instructions above for online rebate requests, but select "Print mail in rebate form" prior to proceeding with online processing. It generally takes 6-8 weeks to receive a rebate check when submitting a claim by mail.
