- Quick Touch
- Quick Touch is a Ford program that reaches out to customers within 48 hours of a dealer reporting their Sales or Service event to quickly identify customer questions and concerns. Customers with valid e-mail addresses will receive an e-mail invitation and attempts will be made to conduct a phone survey for customers without email addresses. Customers may be asked to complete a short survey asking whether their expectations were met or exceeded.
As to not interfere with the normal Customer Viewpoint survey process, the time limit to respond to a Quick Touch email survey invitation is one week. If you were not able to complete the survey within this time frame, please be advised that all Sales customers will receive a Customer Viewpoint survey and Service customers may receive a survey from Ford asking for feedback. If you received a Quick Touch survey and experienced a technical issue with the online survey, please contact the Ford Customer Relationship Center at 1-800-392-3673. The Customer Relationship Center can document any feedback or address any concerns you may have.
