Ford's re-entry program aims to help career re-launchers get back into the workforce. The program offers career opportunities in product development, IT and manufacturing. 

The program is looking for candidates who have been out of the workforce or underemployed from two or more years. Offers for a permanent full-time position may be available after successful completion of the program.
