Ford’s Re-Entry Program, partnering with SWE + iRelaunch, aims to help career re-launchers who exited the workforce or have been underemployed for two or more years. Throughout the program, participants build on their past work experience, while gaining new skills in their area of expertise. This robust 6-month curriculum emphasizes professional development, mentoring, networking, and exposure to senior level management — preparing participants to shift gears back into the workforce while learning about Ford and our culture.
